How each vendor price is verified, when it was last checked, and the rule for quote-only vendors.

Verification rule

Every published rate on this site is sourced either from the vendor's public pricing page or from a dated press release / public announcement. We do not source rates from third-party marketplaces, journalist anecdotes, or vendor sales emails. If a rate appears on this site, the source URL and the date of verification appear on the relevant vendor page.

Quote-only rule

We never publish an inferred dollar number for a quote-only vendor. We will say a vendor is quote only, what pricing model it uses per public marketing copy, and what third-party references exist, and we will refuse to put a number in the comparison table that did not come from the vendor.

Update cadence

Vendor pricing pages are re-checked at least once per quarter. The verification date on each page reflects the most recent manual check. Rates change frequently; for any procurement decision, always re-verify against the live vendor page.
